Lauren is firstly known as an internationally renowned circus artist. Originally born in Seattle in 1989, Lauren began ballet and artistic gymnastics at six years old. After years of competitive experience, her higher education, training, and career took her to San Francisco then to Montreal in 2009. She now holds almost 30 years of intensive acrobatic experience and almost 15 years of international performance experience with companies like Cirque du Soleil, Les 7 Doigts de la Main, Cirque Eloize, CIRCA, and as a freelancer for multiple events and galas around the world.
She is an aerial and contortion specialist, with two diplomas from the National Circus School of Montreal. After Lauren’s extensive full-time performance career Lauren is transitioning to full-time instruction. She adores teaching, sharing her expertise with her students, and assisting to bring to life the excellence and the artist within each of the individuals she works with.
